Client Critiques
My infant had RSV at 7 weeks old, and wasn't poor adequate to go into the hospital correct away. About three am, the monitor went off, and he wasn't breathing. We had been able to get to get him breathing again, and he was admitted to the hospital for 8 days after that. If it weren't for the monitor, he would have stopped breathing and we would have not been able to save his life. It is high priced, but worth each and every penny to have a content healthy child now!
If I could only decide to buy 1 child item, it would be this 1. It is that amazing. No baby must be with out this monitor. This monitor can conserve lives, not just tell you when infant is waking up or fussing. We have employed this monitor every single single day considering the fact that our child arrived residence - we enjoy it and couldn't sleep without it. We have had a couple of false alarms when she strays to the edge of the crib mattress but no significant deal. SIDS takes place and there is no much better monitor to defend your infant from being a SIDS victim than this one particular. We use it just about every time our baby is in her crib and we've utilized it in her bassinet as properly. It has good characteristics of being able to adjust the volume on the added sound piece and getting able to turn the ticking sound on/off. The way it works is highly straightforward -- you put the movement sensor underneath the mattress on a tough surface (thin piece of wood works - it even works with just the crib springs underneath) and it detects the baby's motion brought on by breathing. The principal monitor piece that stays in the nursery has a flashing green light that flashes as movement is detected. If the motion stops for quite a few seconds, you hear a single beep and a red light flickers on both the nursery unit and the mobile unit. Following a few additional seconds, an alarm will sound.
